Atlanta House

Situated in a clifftop location just seconds away from the beaches in Trevone Bay, this beautiful home enjoys fine coastal views to Trevose Head and the Lifeboat Station.

The spacious accommodation is laid out over two floors sleeping 8-10 guests. The bunkbed is 900 wide, so can also sleep adults comfortably. The master bedroom (Superking) and second bedroom (Kingsize) both have en-suite bathrooms. All the bedrooms are designed for comfort with ViSpring mattresses, down bedding and Egyptian cotton sheets. 

The living room has traditional tall Victorian ceilings and fireplace with log burner. The dining room has seating for 10 and an adjacent utility room, with washing machine and separate tumble dryer. There is also a downstairs loo in the hallway. Atlanta House has a well appointed separate kitchen, generous island with range cooker and hot tap. The snug area is a perfect second living space for reading, games or watching television, but can also be used as the 4th bedroom.

The house benefits from its own private courtyard to the back of the property, just off the kitchen area. And at the front, the french doors within the bay window lead to another patio area, ideal for watching the sunset. The porch is also equipped with plenty of space for coats and boots, and a writing desk for anyone having to work while away. The interior has been decorated to an extremely high standard throughout with Drummonds bathrooms, Neptune Kitchen and House of Hackney fabrics. Hot tub hire can be arranged at an additional cost and subject to availability.

Atlanta House is let weekly on a self catered basis with prices ranging from £2,000-£4,800. We do offer short breaks and long weekends during off peak periods.
